Setting Up Zoho Survey Integration with Zoho Commerce

In the Settings page, select Email Subscriptions. Choose an email template, in our case, a Product Feedback, and click Edit Template. In the email editor, place your cursor where you want to add the survey, click the Insert Zoho Survey dropdown, and select your survey.
