Utilize the calendar view within the Dispatch Console to access an overview of all your scheduled appointments.

Click on an appointment to either view its details or make modifications. You can perform various actions such as Edit, Delete, Terminate, and more on service appointments directly from this interface.

Navigate to the main dashboard and locate Invoices within the Work Order Management section, then click on it.

To generate a new invoice, click on the Create button. Choose a Work Order, select a Service, and then click Next.

You also have the option to create estimates by going to Estimate under Work Order Management.

Click Create, input Estimate Details, Contact Details, Asset Details, and other relevant information, then click Save to save the estimate and send a copy to your client.

QuickBooks Integration

Navigate to the Settings menu, then select Connections under the Developer Space section. After that, proceed to Default Services within the Services category, and locate QuickBooks.

Choose QuickBooks and click Create Connection. Input the required connection details, then click Create and Connect to seamlessly integrate QuickBooks with your Zoho FSM account.
